Home Inspection FAQs

Straight answers to the questions Hyderabad home buyers ask us most — about cost, coverage, dampness, water testing, RERA carpet area and the report.

A Trinetra inspection covers structure, walls and ceilings, flooring and tiles, electrical wiring and earthing, plumbing and drainage, dampness and seepage (thermal + moisture), doors, windows, finishing and safety — a 400+ point protocol with a photo-backed digital report.

Apartment inspections start at ₹5,999 (Essential) and ₹8,999 (Comprehensive, 400+ points with thermal and moisture testing). Villas start at ₹14,999, priced by built-up area. We confirm exact pricing on a quick call.

A typical apartment inspection takes 2–3 hours on site, and you receive the digital report by the next day.

Yes — a pre-handover inspection of a new flat catches builder defects before you take possession, while you still have leverage to get them fixed. New flats commonly have finishing, waterproofing and electrical issues.

Yes. We physically measure each room and compare the real carpet area against your agreement and RERA filing, giving you documented evidence of any shortfall.

We use thermal imaging to reveal temperature differences caused by moisture behind surfaces, and a moisture meter to confirm and map affected areas — pinpointing the likely source without breaking walls blindly.

We test TDS (total dissolved solids) and pH on-site with calibrated meters. Safe drinking water is usually 50–300 mg/L TDS and pH 6.5–8.5. Many Hyderabad zones have hard borewell water, so testing tells you if a purifier is needed.

It helps but isn't required. We document everything with photos and a 360° record, and for remote or NRI owners we offer a live video walkthrough.

A bank valuation estimates the property's market value for a loan. An inspection assesses its physical condition — defects, safety and quality — so you know what you're actually buying.

We serve all major areas of Hyderabad including Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, HITEC City, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Manikonda, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kokapet, Financial District and Nanakramguda.

The report includes 360° images of each room, close-up photos of every defect, a Minor/Major/Critical severity tag per finding, and a fix-priority list you can hand to the builder or seller — delivered digitally by the next day.

We tag it Major or Critical with photos and a clear description, and give you a fix-priority list. You can use the report to get the builder or seller to rectify it before you complete the purchase.
