Our Story

Born from real homebuyer experiences in Hyderabad.

Trinetra started when we saw friends move into brand-new apartments and then discover seepage, hollow tiles and electrical issues only after decorating and shifting in. There was no standard way to “check” a flat before possession.

  • Built a 400+ point inspection checklist focused on urban apartments.
  • Formed an engineer-only inspection team separate from any repair work.
  • Designed reports that are simple for buyers and actionable for builders.
